Its Thirsty Thursday again! Today I concocted a yummy Avocado Pineapple Delight! I have to admit that I am not a big avocado fan... but in smoothies its delicious and gives your smoothie great texture (not to mention how good for you it is). This combo is a great way to hide the avocado in their for both me and my kids. My son just guzzled his down!
1 cup coconut water
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup fresh pineapple
1 cup frozen pineapple
1 tablespoon raw coconut flakes * optional
1 tablespoon chia seed * optional
(this is 2 servings)
** If you want to lighten it up, feel free to substitute the coconut milk and do all coconut water
