1 cup almond milk
1/2 cup fresh apple cider
1 cup loosely packed spinach
1 cup kale (large stems removed)
2-3 dates (pitted)
a handful of almonds
1/2 cup mango
add ice to desired consistency (an alternative to ice would be to use frozen mango and banana)
Put all the ingredients in your Vitamix and blend until smooth. If you are using a standard blending, I'd recommend blending your greens with liquids prior to adding the other ingredients.
