We still have a few good weeks of summer left in Maine, and I plan to take full advantage of it and pack in as much fun as possible with the boys. But, we've had a lot going lately to say the least and with school and sports starting the change of seasons means even more expenses and I've started to feel the pressure on our budget, so I've been looking for cheap fun in the area. Here's our list of the free/cheap fun and places to explore in the Greater Portland area for the rest of summer:

If you get the pass from the library the Wildlife Park isn't bad.
