These last few weeks have been jam packed full of fun, but I feel like I blinked and the summer is more than half over. The boys have had hockey camp, football camp, playdates and birthday parties. We've done trips to the beach a family trip to New Hampshire, we had a blast at our local Yarmouth Clam Festival and last weekend I had an amazing experience at the Tri for a Cure. Here's to hoping the second half of the summer is as awesome as the first. Here some favorites from the week: Fun Pass from Breathe New Hampshire!A couple weeks ago we took a minute week trip to the North Conway area in New Hampshire. We only did one overnight and quickly realized we need to head back soon. We managed to fit in some pool time at the hotel (the Hampton Inn & Suites), fun at Storyland, and a fun card ride up Mt. Washington. I was so glad I brought the Fun Pass from Breathe New Hampshire with me we got some great deals on our adventures including a free ticket to Storyland and kids ticket for Mt. Washington. The best part is that there are so many great coupons and ideas for New England adventures in this little book. Maine BlueberriesMaine blueberries are in season and if you haven't picked your own or picked up some at a farm stand, you're missing out! They are SO delicious - we've been putting them in everything and eating them by the handful. Yesterday the kids and I made blueberry muffins and they're already gone. My Grandmother always swears by the famous Jordan Marsh recipe and I have to agree! Luckily you can find it printed online here. Tri for a CureFor months I've been fundraising, training and getting excited for the Tri for a Cure. Last Sunday I did it! My first Triathlon, it was a sprint distance, but I still swam 1/3 mile, biked 15 miles, and ran 3 miles and it was a amazing. Being a part of this all women's event fighting cancer and supporting friends was inspiring. If you're local and have been thinking about entering the Tri for a Cure lottery for 2018, DO IT; you won't regret it! Blast ZoneSome of you may remember that last year we had a pirate themed bounce house/splash pad. Unfortunately somewhere along the line between being packed away and stored for the Winter, it got a giant hole in it. Luckily for us Blast Zone has a fabulous warranty and two year customer two-year promise. My husband thinks this thing is silly, but I'm telling you it's a lifesaver. If the baby is napping for 2-3 hours and we're stuck at home, the big kids can be out having a blast and staying cool. We LOVE our new Rainforest Rapids. Instant PotSO excited. After months of hearing people exclaim about it, I finally ordered an Instant Pot! I'm excited to dive in the week and put it to the test. I'd love you to leave me a comment with your favorite recipes! Happy Friday! Hope you're all having a great summer!! I know I haven't been on here much but stay tuned, I'll be back with more fun soon! XX
