Have a toddler with a social calendar full of birthday parties? Here are some of my gift ideas, what are yours?
When kiddos reach toddlerhood it seems the amount of birthday parties they are invited to steadily increases ( and I know this is just the beginning). I don't know about you, but I usually struggle to find the right gift, and often find myself in our local toy store waiting for the perfect idea to hit me (with my own toddlers in tow). Its funny when you think about it, because when we throw a party for our own child, the last thing we want people to do is stress about a gift and yet we all do it! We want to be creative/ think outside the box, be thoughtful, we want the gift to be liked (by the child & parent), we try to find the right price point etc, and of course we want our child to help pick it out and/ or be excited about giving :-)
My good friend Liz prompted this post the other day when she asked if I had any good ideas for birthday party gifts for toddlers (so thank you Liz)! This was a great excuse for brainstorming and thinking back at past purchases to complie a list, and great timing considering we have a few parties on the horizon. This has inspired me to think ahead and be prepared.
So here's a list of ideas! I'm sure you all have some even better ideas, so I hope you'll share in the comments!!
