Let me start by saying that I am by no means a professional photographer. I'm just a mom with a camera (one that I usually forget to use). While I haven't sat down to officially write out my goals for the year, improving my photography skills (starting with actually using my nicer camera) is most definitely on the list. Because I need constant reminders and a good challenge, I've decided to embark on a 365 photo project to help me work on my photo skills. Each day I will take on my camera and bring it along on adventures selecting one special photo each day of 2018.
My friend and talented photographer, Kristina O'Brien completed a 365 project in 2017, and her commitment and pictures are inspiring. If you've been thinking of doing this too, I highly recommend checking out her tips (click here) for making it work and making it happen.
Today's photo is brought to you by frigid temperatures, our front yard ice rink, 2 of my wild boys and their love for the game. I haven't decided how best to share the photos... I think I may do a post each week, but stay tuned - I think I'm up for the challenge!
I'm Rebecca, a Maine mom of three energetic young boys and wife of a lobsterman, living in my favorite place, the coast of Maine. You'll find me here talking about my parenting journey, mom style, recipes, running and exercise, travel, stories from our life in Maine and so much more! Most days I'm just figuring it out as I go - Thanks so much for stopping by!
