1. Preggie Pop Drops
I keep these drops on hand all the time. They contain vitamin B6 and helpful essential oils that combat nausea, they taste good, and are free of chemicals, drugs, and artificial flavors. 2. Boppy Slipcovered Body Pillow Even though you're tired, sleep can be hard to come by during pregnancy, especially in the third trimester. Finding the right position and getting comfortable is half the battle, and the this body pillow is a must for me. 3. Ava Anderson Skin Care and Zit Stick When I found out I was pregnant this time, I was using products that contained anti aging ingredients I didn't feel comfortable using with baby on board. I made the switch to Ava Anderson Non Toxic's line (I had been using other products of theirs) and I've been thrilled. In addition to their skin regimen and some of their makeup, I'm a big fan of their zit stick (perfect for my first trimester blemish outbreak). 4. Earth Mama Angel Baby Mama-To-Be Sampler There's something about a hot cup of tea that's just good for the soul. Maybe it's the act of "taking 5" but these teas are also super soothing. The heartburn tea is a lifesaver! 5.USANA Baby Care Prenatal Essentials Its a good idea to start taking prenatal vitamins before you try to get pregnant if possible. I take USANA Baby Care Prenatal Essentials along with the Biomega. I like that the dose is separated out so I'm not hit with a big dose (irritating my stomach) all at once. 6. Blissfully Simple Body Butter Extra dry and stretching skin needs constant moisture; I love this body butter, it's soft, easy to rub on and made with simple and safe ingredients. 7. Earth Mama Angel Baby Natural Stretch Oil I've never been able to escape a pregnancy without stretch marks, but I have found that lathering up my belly (and other problem areas) up with this oil helps with both the marks and itchy feeling. 8. Protein Energy Balls Like so many women nausea and pregnancy go hand in hand for me. One key to keeping my stomach calm is keeping it full, especially with protein. My energy balls are my go to snack to have on hand; you can find my recipe here. 9. Stitch Fix Maternity I am not exaggerating when I say that Stitch Fix maternity has been a lifesaver for me. I don't have to worry about dragging two kids to the store (not that we have many here in Maine) or dealing with online orders, returns, and sizing guesswork. Somehow the items in my fixes always fit great and give me some great options to add to my pregnancy wardrobe (and beyond). 10. Open Front Sweaters Open front sweaters are a pregnancy staple for me. They're comfortable, accommodate your growing belly, perfect for layering, add style, and you'll be wearing them long after baby comes. I've been stocking on some great sweaters from Stitch Fix. 11. Blanqi Bodystyler Maternity Belly Support Leggings A good pair of maternity leggings especially during the fall and winter months is essential. Throw on a sweater or tunic and you are good to go. You can use this link to get 20% off! 12. Gap Pure Body Maternity Tanks Layering is a key to my pregnancy style; it makes things a lot easier and more comfortable. These tanks are my favorite, they are a great length and thickness, they're affordable, and they're super comfy. 13. SeaBand Mama Morning Sickness Relief Acupressure Wrist Bands Because nausea and sickness hit me hard during pregnancy, I'm always looking for ways to keep it at bay (especially with 2 other kiddos to watch over). These bands are great and are perfect for the weeks I can't get to acupuncture. 14. Pea in the Pod Hooded Maternity Coat This is my first winter baby and I'm realizing there are a lot more layers required. This coat has been perfect, keeping me warm and somewhat stylish in this last trimester. I'm sure I've missed something. What are your pregnancy must haves? Thanks as always for stopping by! xx
