You've probably already figured out that I'm a baby gear junkie :-) I get way too excited when new products come out! There are quite a few new products hitting the shelves now through spring, so more to come. But for now, here are a few that really sparked my attention :-)
Zutano just for Aden- I am SO excited to see this partnership; these are two of my favorite brands for wee ones! You can not match the cuteness, colors, and quality of Zutano, and pairing that with the amazingly useful and oh so soft swaddles and accessories from Aden & Anais is a huge homerun and must have in my book! I can't wait to buy these as a gift!! :-) Zutano just for Aden is currently available on Zutano's website and with a few select retailers.
ergobaby wrap- I've said it many times, but I am a huge fan of babywearing! Not only for the closeness to baby, but for the incredible convenience. Stretchy wraps are a great and cozy way to carry newbies, but they only work well for a few months (depending on babies size) and they can be really heavy. This new wrap from ergobaby is a hybrid wrap between a stretchy and woven. Because its not as stretchy ergobaby says it will hold a baby up to 31lbs, which means I could still use it to carry my almost 2 year old. I have not got my hands on one of these yet so I can't share first hand, but it looks like a great wrap option, very soft, creating a great seat for baby, and distributing weight comfortably for the wearer. At $80, this wrap isn't cheap, but with the longevity it advertises could be worth it. The Eucalyptus is my favorite..what about you?? These are available on the ergobaby site and with many ergobaby retailers.
Britax Affinity- Set to release very soon, the Britax Affinity has been getting lots of attention. Rightfully so, its sleek, stylish, and from Britax, a big and trusted name in the baby gear industry. If style is improtant to you in your stroller, this could be a great option for you. This stroller is customizable; the frame itself comes in white, black, or silver, and the seat liner and canopy come in 6 bold colors (note color pack which includes the seat liner and canopy is sold separately). This stroller looks be very versatile with air-filled (pneumatic) tires, a reversible seat with several recline options, large canopy, adjustable handle bar, large storage basket, great basinet option (sold separately), and much more. When using with a Britax infant seat, no adapter is needed as its a CLICK & GO integrated adapter system which is really nice. No word yet from Britax if an adapter for other car seat brands will be available. This stroller looks fabulous and really innovative, but definitely pricey. The base model will retail for $599 and the color pack will be $99 (which IMO is steep with no basinet included). The rain cover is included but all other accessories are not. This should be out soon, and I look forward to seeing it in person!
Will any of these products make it on your shopping list or registry? I'll let you know when I get my hands on these for a first hand review :-)
