Fall is without a doubt my favorite season. In fall Pumpkin becomes my go to flavor/ingredient. You know how much I love smoothies, so the boys and I made pumpkin smoothies today. SO yummy and a big hit with the boys- check out our recipe below.
1 banana 3/4 cup coconut milk 1/2-3/4 cup pumpkin puree 1 tablespoon honey 1/2 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract 1 tablespoon chia seeds 2 tablespoons of coconut milk yogurt (optional) 1 cup ice Mix all ingredients in your Vitamix or blender. Just made this, Reebs! Thanks for the tip - it's delicious! I'm equally obsessed with all things pumpkin right now, and this is probably better than eating the remaining third of the pumpkin bread I made this week (my third batch in two weeks, whoops!).
