If you've been following along, you've probably figured out I'm a big fan of Stitch Fix. I love the ease and simplicity of it, the quality and style of the items, and of course the referral program. I truly only share products/brands on the blog that I like and do or would use myself. So far I've received 5 Fixes, and been at least moderately happy with them all. I've also seen my Fixes get progressively better the more they know me and the more feedback I give. My most recent fix was the first time I purchased all 5 items. Below you'll see some pictures of my favorite items I've received in my Fixes.. Keep in mind its all based on personal style and requests :-) Also, I've had many of you reach out with some good questions on Stitch Fix, so I thought I'd tackle them all in this post. Below are some FAQs I've heard from you (all great questions), but for all the details and more in depth FAQs, definitely head over to the Stitch Fix website, and checkout my review of Stitch Fix from my first box this Spring. Stitch Fix FAQsHow often do you get a Fix, and do you have to sign up for automatic fixes?
You definitely do not need to sign up for automatic fixes, but if you are looking for regular Fix, you might considerate it- they can be every couple weeks or even every other month. I personally schedule a Fix when I feel like my wardrobe needs a boost. Note if you do it this way like me, you may be have to wait a bit for your fix to come; lately it's been about a 3 week wait for me. How much do items cost? You can choose the price points you are comfortable with. With tops & bottoms starting in the $50 range. They say the average price per item is $55. How closely do you feel like they match your style? Overall I've been happy with the items and style in my fixes. The stylists have listened to my preferences and requests and seem to have a good sense of the looks I'm after. I also find that most pieces go well with things I already have in my closet. How well do the items fit? I am honestly amazed by how well the items usually fit me. Certainly there have been some style and cuts that haven't been me, but size wise, the items have fit me really well. I am especially impressed by how well the jeans have fit. At 5'3", I usually have to hem most jeans, but I haven't had to do that once with my Stitch Fix jeans, the length has been spot on. Do the stylists listen to your requests? Yes, 100%! I've made specific requests like maxi dresses in the summer, loose fitting shirts, no jewelry item for one fix, a repeat stylist etc.. and they've always listened. What do you think helps you get the best Fix possible? Leave really detailed feedback on each item and your overall impressions of each Fix, and they will listen. Also leave clear notes for the stylist on what you're looking for whether it be specific items or overall style and look. Make sure your style profile is complete and truly reflects you and what you're looking for. Create a style Pintrest board with pieces you like, style your envy and link it to your Stitch Fix style profile. Do you ever loose money? The styling fee is $20, however that is credited towards anything you purchase in that fix (and only that fix). I have never once lost my $20, and I'd be surprised to hear if you did. There is always something that I want to keep! Is the return process a huge hassle? Not at all!! The return process really couldn't be any easier- you have 3 days to try on and think about the items in your fix and complete online checkout and feedback etc. You then put the items you don't want in a pre-labeled bag and take it to a UPS drop off location. How does the referral program work? The Stitch Fix referral program is fantastic! As soon as you sign up for Stitch Fix, you'll get a referral link to send out to friends or post on social media, to let your friends know about the awesomeness of this service. If someone signs up through your link you will have $25 in Stitch Fix credit added to your account once their first fix arrives. If you're interested in signing up, I'd love you to use my link :-) Let me know if you have any more questions at all, and be sure to look through the Stitch Fix website for all the details! Thanks as always for stopping by! Rebecca
