Because today is pretty much a holiday and Tom Brady is the Goat, I thought it was a great day to share our new favorite morning smoothie. Fueling their bodies like the beloved TB12 is something my boys can all get onboard with. If you've watched the recent Tom vs. Time documentaries like we did, you may have seen Tom making his morning smoothie. When you're boys are enthralled and your husband is on a great health kick, you immediately take note and work on your own version.
After making this deliciousness for a few days now, I think we've got the portions just right. Though be warned, the combination of the blueberry and peanut butter flavor is so good and hearty you'll want to make a double batch.
Don't tell my kids, but often add spinach when they're not looking; the blueberries make a great disguise. In my smoothie I also add Vital Proteins Collagen.
