1 can of coconut milk
1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice
1 tablespoon coconut oil
1 teaspoon of ginger root
1 cup of loosely packed spinach
Juice of a lemon
2 tablespoons of raw local honey
1 cup of frozen pineapple
a sprinkle of raw coconut
2 tablespoons of chia seeds
