A couple weeks ago, my friend and photographer Carly Murray was offering a fall mini session, and I never pass up the opportunity to have her take pics of my boys. My house is covered with them, and I truly treasure them and love documenting my boys through the years.
This particular Saturday was a rare 80+ degree Maine day in September (especially inland at the apple orchard), and I thought the 4:30 afternoon session would be great timing and it turned out to be quite the opposite- grouchy boys, overtired 2 year old, and too hot in their long sleeves (for the fall look) (though you'll see I let them wear crocs). Anyway, I thought it would be an epic fail, but Carly just sent me the photos, and she somehow managed to get some really great shots. Might have been from balancing apples on our heads and acting crazy (we tried everything to make Calvin laugh)... Below are a few of the awesome shots she took!!
Thank you Carly! And thank you all for reading along and indulging me in sharing :-)
ps- if you don't already, you should follow her on Facebook to see all her photos and updates on session offerings.
