2 cups frozen pineapple (if using fresh add ice etc)
1 cup your choice of strawberries or raspberries (I often alternate or even mix)
1 small beet (feel free to use more or less to your liking... note even a little bit of beet adds a lot of color)
1 cup coconut milk
1 cup coconut water
1 cup+ loosely packed spinach
Add all the ingredients and mix in your Vitamix or high speed blender. If you are using a traditional blender, I'd recommend cutting up the beet and it with the mixing the liquid and greens first and then adding the other ingredients.
